Whose running this site anyways?

i wonder who is the admin of OTS, cause i never see any1 posting the 'admin' tag unless they dont have one. because i was wonder what ever happened to the d/l section on the main page, why the last "site update" was on new years, and why the "useful links" arent so useful

Haha, sorry about that. For some strange reason, circumstances have not been kind enough to give me enough free time to do my own shit. But I'll strive to do some housekeeping after I get myself rich enough so that I can afford to stop working for a week or two
