Anyone hear about Neverwinter Nights?

Man that game is going to be awsome!! Already the screenshots look great. And Imagine the replayability being able to have a real DM instead of a base storyline.
This looks like a product that can put whats been missing in RPG's. Replayability. Not to mention that I can think up some pretty good storylines. http://www.opentechsupport.net/forums/smile.gif

Last time I saw it was way back in E3 with Nova, RS and Observer ... pretty awesome 3D lighting and free movement ... One of the games I will be looking forward to next year ...
Although I hope the DM feature in the game is not as "free-form" as traditional pen-and-paper RPGs ... some DMs can be REALLY boring and REALLY stupid, hehehe http://www.opentechsupport.net/forums/wink.gif

Hmm I can't exactly remember what DM stands for (or I just don't know) but it's kinda like the Storyteller, right?
Doesn't Vampire The Masquerade: Redemption already have that feature?

amazingly, i can run d2 on a p200 mmx, phoenix maxi gamer voodoo banshee 16Meg, 128 MB RAM quite smoothly. i guess it's because of the memory huh ? well the voodoo helps a bit too i think.

This game has been in production for at least 2 years though they have improved it greatly since then too bad the home page does not get updated much anymore

I plan to run a server too for NWN after I get done assembling a new computer by Christmas ... As for DM'ing, I'll leave that to those who actually have the patience and imagination, hehe

Somehow I doubt that game will make it in Q1 2001 though. They have added a lot I hear and it will take longer.
