Although this service is more for students, I remember Nova mentioning this whole thing awhile ago.

My 3.091 Class, Intro to Chem and Solid State Chemistry, is now webcasted over the Internet. It's a service mainly for students but I guess since it's public, anyone interested is welcome to view it as well.

This way you sorta get some of the education here without paying for it.

The lecture URLs are posted here:
http://web.mit.edu/3.091/www/

And the second lecture and third lecture are posted as follows, respectively:
http://web.mit.edu/smcs/3.091/lecture2-80k.ram
http://web.mit.edu/smcs/3.091/lecture2-56k.ram
http://web.mit.edu/smcs/3.091/lecture2-220k.ram

http://web.mit.edu/smcs/3.091/lecture3-56k.ram
http://web.mit.edu/smcs/3.091/lecture3-80k.ram
http://web.mit.edu/smcs/3.091/lecture3-220k.ram

This guy is actually the coolest professor I have this year. He's worth watching.

I had cyberdelivery thing for my programming course too. Fun for the first few minutes, then you realize its no different from sitting in a lecture theatre. You're still sitting on your ass listening to this old guy ramble on.

LOL yea pretty much. It's useful for me to recap parts of the lecture that I failed to write down quickly enough.

It's also good to note that MIT's opencourseware goes up on the 30th. I look forward to using that to expand my knowledge.
