yoga can hurt you

Far from giving you a perfect body and inner calm, yoga could leave you with back ache and a groin strain.

The most common yoga injuries are caused by repetitive strain or overstretching and occur at the wrists, shoulders, neck, along the spine, and at the sacroiliac joint (which links the spinal column and pelvis), hamstrings, and knees.

and you thought yoga was harmless......... FOOL!

yeah but if its done correctly (not that id know what correctly was) eventually youd be able to do stuff like stick your right foot in your left ear or such (hmm the possibilities), right? like isnt that the point, oh and to fit yourself in a little plxiglassbox. i wonder if you can book yourself on a flight as the carryon luggage?
