To those who have bought a pair of pre-faded jeans...

Look out!: The link contains coarse language. dont click it if you dont like dirty words....but if you do like them- click like you never have clicked before!

I read this and thought it was quite commical. I completely agree-- buying jeans that are meant to look faded- how horribly stupid.

Oh, and sorry for making a thread that makes you click a link to get the story- I really hate it when others do it, but in this instance, it was just so convienent.

i agree, that is pretty stupid! it reminds me of the trend a while back, when stores were selling jeans with holes in them. i don't get why someone would want to buy jeans that are made to look worn out! i guess it all boils down to trends in clothing, which i completely am out of touch with these day's....THANK GOD!

Those aren't really faded jeans. They use bleach to aquire that "look"
However I agree, I think it's cheesy and stupid. And I laugh at people with poor enough fashion sense to wear things like this.

That guy is right on the money about the the movie Signs:

wait so faded, worn out, dirty though you just washed them jeans are cool now? damn then all of you should worship my coolness.

Posted by: Shalome

You do all realize you all sound like my grandmother.

Posted by: redwench

hehe. i dont have a problem with faded jeans. i just prefer my jeans to be faded all the way around, not in a stripe down the front.

Posted by: Amall

i earned the fades in my cloths...

Posted by: Canis Lupus

hehe, how about acid wash jeans? tie dye jeans? button-fly jeans? ripped thigh or ripped butt jeans? low-waist jeans or even those loose-fit ones the hip-hop crowd used to wear

it's a trend ... it was popular at the time, and now it's not ... that's why it's called fashion

Posted by: Shalome

Low-waist jeans rule. I hope they NEVER go out of style. Mostly because I have short legs, and the low-waist jeans fit me just right. May the high-waisted jeans of the 80s never return!

Posted by: TheeMon

yes low waist jeans look great on girls... partly because its that much closer... but thats just me

Posted by: Erekose

aye bare midriff = sexy, but whatever happened to leaving something to the imagination. a little mystery to keep them intruiged?

Posted by: N.W.A_Kid

Whatever happened to stonewash jeans or flood jeans being in style, like when I was a kid?

"I don't. I wear what I like and what I'm comfortable in. I suppose next you're gonna tell me to get rid of my Compton hat."

Posted by: Erekose

...stonewashed is out of style now? good i guess i can break them out of the closet then

Posted by: Chako

Faded jeans are much better then those very loose crotch at the ankles type jeans that skateboarders wore a few years ago (and some still do).

Posted by: Amall

i think im gonna start selling my 4 year old jeans while the fades are in style

Posted by: TheeMon

i think people suck...

Posted by: taco_fox

Zing!

Posted by: elhior_manwe

trends a cyclical, they recycle stlyes every so often. it just marketing and money. shalome maybe your grandmother is wise beyond your years?

Posted by: Chako

If that were completely true, then we should all prepare for cod pieces, lace, and corsetery.

Posted by: Amall

omg you guys don't wear cod pieces, lace, and corsetery?

Posted by: N.W.A_Kid

lol amall
