The chat is an IRC channel that really only gets used if USEast or Battle.net goes down. Otherwise, you can usually find us on USEast in the Open Tech Support channel.

The OTS.Net chatroom will never supercede the Battle.Net chatroom because the OTS.Net chatroom doesn't have enough idiots to smack around. If the regs start getting into the weeds on a topic and I get lost, I just find some hapless knucklehead who needs help and provide the help they need, often at the price pf their self-esteem.
