Question about Bulletin Board forms

I just got done looking at Ultimate Bulletin Board's webpage. it looks like a good form but the price for a non-business is still too high for what I am going to use it for.
Do any of you know of another Bulletin Board form that costs less or is free that is just as good as Ultimate Bulletin Board???

Ikonboard is more based on vbulletin.
some people on ikonboard team came from vbulletin and boardpower.
I do love Ikonboard too.
Ikonboard is much easier to hack than the Ultimate Bulletin Board.
