omg. Why, i mean, why in the hell would you genetically engineer homosexual flies. Me thinks that they
1) Have run out of good stuff to research, or
2) Have some wierd fantasies.
But in anycase, i cant see why you would go about wasting scientific resources and funds on making gay flies. It makes no sense whatsoever. But this could also lead to other things. Now that the flies are gay and proud, will they want to have access to Child Adopting rights, and will they be included in the next Mardi Gra?
Please, your thoughts.

My thoughts? I think this topic is a little homophobic ... not really worth much discussion except as an invitation to a debate on the freedom to choose your sexual orientation/preferences...
So I'll save you (and myself) the trouble, by closing this thread...
