Cannot uninstall Madden NFL 2003 demo!

I cannot seem to uninstall Madden NFL 2003 demo! I have tried to reinstall the game, I tried add/remove no luck, and no luck with the uninstaller that came with the demo! When I try to uninstall the demo, I get this little window that comes up and all that's in it is letters "PF" and the choices are, retry, abort, cancel!
Anyone ever see have this happen? This is a first for me.

Yes, I have seen this happen before with very poorly written games, although not with PF written.
I am surprised to see this happen with a well known title though.
Generally, this happens with 14 dollar junk titles where the game doesn't play well with the OS.
I have yet to find a fix around this.
When I get a game that doesn't give you the option to uninstall it...I get ride of it at all cost meanwhile swearing at the game/ company/ programmers.

The well has run dry! I've tried everything I can think of, but still no luck. I can't find anything on this either.

The uninstall option is there, just does not work. Oh well, wouldn't be so bad but this is a 42 meg game!

Yes. Uninstall option exist for the other junk titles as well..it just doesn't work.
Chalk it up to really bad programming.
I usually nuke my drive to eliminate it...making many mental notes to stay wall away from the final product.

This is the error message I get. Only PF instead of whatever that other mumbo jumbo is.

Followed your advice redwench, just deleted the whole thing. Everything seems ok. Thanks.
