can't access my accounts

Hi there - I hope u will have good news for me - but probably not :-(
I have 2 accounts
zemina_de_fey which i've had for a long time
and
zeminadefey newly created
am I in trouble :-(

sorry - this all started when I stupidly typed my password for zemina_de_fey account - went to my other computer and created a new account (zeminadefey) and transferred my stuff. I then played in account (zeminadefey) for 3 hrs to while my other account remained in game. Later I changed the password for (zemina_de_fey). I logged out of both accounts and then accessed them just to reassure myself - please let me know if u need more info - thanks :-)

which computer has hacks, trainers, cheats, etc installed? or both?
but you still havent mentioned in what manner you cant access the account. wrong password, hangs on access, youre getting player not found, etc.

i type in account name
password
hit (log in)
and then it hangs
I tried my husband's account and get right in

eh, you can try completely uninstalling d2, including all 3rd party programs. then reinstall just d2 & lod. if you still have the problem, you can try calling blizzard at your expense and see what they can do. but otherwise, theres nothing to be done.

Go into your D2 Folder and find the file "bncache.dat" and delete it. Then go into the "save" folder and delete the folder of the realm you play on, such as USWest, USEast or whatever. Try logging in it now.
