Well, anyone who knows me knows that I am pretty damn picky when it comes to games. But I just finished playing NOLF2, and goddamn, best PC game I've played since Deus Ex. Crazy good fun.

Here are a few screenshots to show off how damn beautiful the game is too:

Are those in-game or are those cinematics?

They are ALL in game. Even the landscape (which totally blew me away when I first saw it).

Did you play NOLF1? And if you did, is it comparable? Because if it is, then I'm not even gonna bother installing it

I played NOLF1, but never finished it because I didn't like it. The style is the same in NOLF2, but they added a lot to the gameplay and AI, so it's a lot more fun.

I've often thought about picking up NOLF1. My problem with FPS games is the story has to be really good for me to keep playing all the way through. The last FPS I played till the end was MoHAA.

MOHAA didn't have a story!

And NOLF2's story is awesome.

True, I think it was the mission style that got me. Though after I played through it a couple times I haven't touched it since.

Deus Ex was the last FPS with a real story.

I'll probably hold off on NOLF2 for a bit though. I have been playing my Xbox lately, and have been playing through a couple different games.
