Theres a consumer reports/complaints forum, but what about something like a "Hot Deals" forum where you can post good deals on pc hardware/software and everything else?

The marketplace idea has been suggested numerous times ... I always thought it was unsuitable as it may detract too much from the site's goals, as well as invite potential one-time posters who will just register to promote their products and/or services.
But I'll still be taking this suggestion into consideration in the site upgrade...

Not to crap or anything, but there's a great "Hot Deals" forum at www.hardforums.com
I frequently find hardware with multiple rebates or free company promotion items there (t-shirts, pens, trinkets, etc.). Give it a look sometime.
