Help! Just got NWN today and it wont install

Hi all
I just got NWN today and tried to install and it installed fine but after i clicked on the "Play" button it went to that eye and then that dissapered and then it waited and waited and then i got an error saying "Neverwinter Nights had encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvinionce" What the heck does that mean?
My system:
Pentium III 650
Geforce III 64 mb
256 RAM
and all the other junk
Turtle Beach sound card
Using Detonator Drivers
Have download newest Patch 1.26
So any help will help a bunch and thanks in advance!

Which Detonator Drivers are you using and which operating system.

T'k ........ I don't know if you remembered that TheWizkid is our grandson or not ...... but he got it fixed!  Thanks!
The guys over on the NWN's forum ....

He is a "Happy Camper", again!
