Minor Bootup problemo.

this donesn't happen often. but happens once in a while.
os on my comptuer is windowsxp pro.
256 ddr ram
1.0 Tbird
ECS 7kA(i think) mobo
20 Maxtor + 30 WD
when i turn the switch on, there is a starting screen, as you know, the windows logo with 3 blue squares movign horizontally, side by side. when it's gone, there comes a new screen with "welcome"
sometimes, when this welcome sign supposed to be on the screen, instead of it, only blue screen comes up and hangs there forever. it's not the famouse windows blue screen of 'error' but the blue color is the same as the one that is the top and bottom color of the screen of 'welcome'
i just turn it off and on again, cuz my reset button is broken.
it's not causing any criticaltrouble. just the annoyance.
