Unable to load dynamic link library

Just got in a few Dell Dimension 4550s and need to install Win98 and Win2000 along with XP so that I can manage a major conversion. Well I am having problems getting all the drivers but got one for their Intel(R) PRO/100 VE Network Adapter and I can get onto the internet but I can not see the Microsoft Network. When I reboot, I get a message "Unable to load dynamic link library" msnp32.dll . So I went to another Win98 workstation and copied msnp32.dll and copied it to the same location as where I got the dll, in the windows\systems folder. It still comes up with the same error. Can anyone help?
