on the other computer I get a box that says

clicking on "here" gets me to anOTS site with a latest new and updates section but most of the links are broken and if clicked on get me again to the above posted message 1----------------------
Clicking on the "www.opentechsupport.net" link gets me to another page.
with a message that looks like the following

Our web site is in the middle of a massive upgrade.
Please bear with us as we try to get things in order.
Qur support forums are temporarilt shut down for the weekend updates.
We are currently moving our sites to a new server
and our domain name is being switched over to a new IP address
So may encounter some weird stuff during this move
If you have us bookmarked by IP address, please scrap that bookmark and bookmark www.opentechsupport.net instead
We hope to have the move done by monday or Tuesday.
for now please bear with us
thank you for visiting and we hope to be back very soon!

Some answers as to why:
1.) One of your computers is accessing the old server, where I left that "moving servers" message ... this is specifically why I said to update the bookmarks to www.opentechsupport.net.
Anyway, I fixed that problem by nuking the "moving servers" mesage and replacing it with an auto redirect.
2.) If you try to access OTS.Net using its IP address, you will get broken images since I have .htaccess "anti-leeching" enabled, which will only make the images appear if it is being accessed using the opentechsupport.net domain name...
3.) Possible solutions would include clearing the computer's browser cache, and resetting the router.
