MS moving to Canada?

I "heard it through the grapevine" that MS has purchased a whole lot of land in Vancouver, BC and is planning to move all their U.S. based offices there to avoid the Antitrust and Monopoly fiasco against them. Is there any truth to this? Ive searched all over and cant seem to find anything too valid. And if it is true, why would moving to Canada be of any help? If they still refused to comply to the U.S. Judges orders, couldnt the U.S. Govt ban their products from the market?
And Im not trying to get a flame war started. Just trying to have a discussion about it. As you can see though, this is in Rants and Raves just in case

well, aside from this ludicrous rumor, its just plain silly. canada has more regulations than the united states, it would be the frying pan into the fire leap. and since canada has higher taxes, it also wouldnt help financially.
not to say they arent locating some facility in canada. a manufacturing unit or tech support perhaps. but headquarters would be unheard of.
and stop posting rumors without at least giving a cite.

I believe SKYHN was just asking if anyone heard about the rumor going around, not starting one.

Exactly. I hadnt found it anywhere, had only heard it from people. It just casually came up in a conversation while I was playing a game last night.
