i was in an accident last week. i was in the mall parking lot by my hous driving around the street outside of the lot u know the outside road? well i was on the inside lane and someone was in the left lane didnt look and turned trying to turn in to the lot and totally took me out. sent me into the parkinglot planters and almost into annother car.
the funny part was when we got out he asked me u didnt see my signal? and i said u didnt have ur signal on dumbass. well i didnt say dumbass but i should have :P and he looked back and saw he didnt. the other funny part is he told that to his insurance company and they told him(his own insurance company) just cause u had on your signal does not give u the right to just cut soeone off little lone try and make a right hand turn from a left hand lane.
guys retarded he had a brand new ford expedition. i had an old chevy lol. my car messed his up pretty good though. although he broke the axle on my car and messed up the whole side of my car. the insurance came out and said it is totaled and they are gonna have to pay for it. Plus my sore neck and mmy friends to. ohwell thats my story kinda sux cause i didnt want a damn accident on my record even if it wasnt my fault but ohwell i get a new car.

Hire a lawyer.
Get a doctor to document your injuries.
Go to whoever the doctor tells you to to get treatment.
Honestly explain to them the pain you have due to the accident.
Wait for your lawyer to settle the case.
If what you explain here is what happened, You have a decent settlement comming your way.
Don't Lie. Just be honest.
This is what you pay insurance payments for.

actually he is just the luckiest muther fooker there is... he has avoided like 5 accidents in the past year or so.... this one was just too hard to avoid... the car doesnt look too bad but it would go in circles if he drove it
