TV Tuner Cards

So I'm now looking for a new tv tuner card. I'm looking for one that I can copy/capture parts of some of my old VHS tapes (Like christmas gatherings and such for family) to my HD, then copy it to a DVD and play ti in my DVD player (Yes, it is compatible.)
My current one is one of those Hauppauge WinTV PCI cards, and well, it sucks. So, any suggestions?

I have a nice card.. Its not really a TV tuner per say, but it does the job... Its the advc-50

It converts anolog into digital and from there i can run it into my firewire card like a digital camcorder... Its really tight. The only thing i was i did was go for the next model up the advc-100 so i could convert back from digital to anolog....
I aslo had some POS PCI capture card.. it kept messin up.
