Wont let me or my friend join each others game

My friend and I have been playing games before together and now it wont let us join the same games anymore, we both are the same, we did not switch to hardcore or expansion it just started last night. Someone said that one of us might be "tagged" and that they wont let us two play in the same game anymore. This I dont understand and I cant get thru to Blizzard or get any help from their site. I need help because this is really frustrating.

If one of you has been using cheat/hacks, you could have been tagged, which means you cannot join "normal" games anymore, you can only join games with other people that are tagged.
If none of you has been using any cheats/hacks, then just wait a couple of days, it should go back to normal.

Have either of you changed computer systems? If one of you has Win Xp you have to disable the intergrated firewall.
