Since there isn't a Dungeon Siege Section any more I'll share this here.
Lands of Hyperborea has now been released and can be downloaded at SiegeNetwork.com
I recall a few people who played DS that had gotten bored with it because of the shallow story. Well this siegelet fixes that quite nicely. So much so that the has been quite an influx of people draggin DS off the shelf and playing it again feverently.
I thought maybe some of the gamers here that still had DS on there shelves would want to know of a worthy siegelet.

I don't know. I mean a good story is cool but it was the style of gameplay and the item generation that I got tired of. Also, I don't think the classes were well balanced at all. At least towards the higher levels.
Still, I wouldn't mind a game that at least uses the same engine. DS looked beautiful.

LoH changes the game play significantly. Now that it's to version 2.0, next to all bugs have been worked out. It's the kind of content base DS was missing.
Most everyone who has played it has been overwhelmed with the quality of the siegelet and has expressed as much. It addresses just about every issue most everyone had with the original DS quests/storyline and even play styles and balances.
Lands of Hyperborea shows off DS as DS was Meant to be shown off.

Thanks, I'll have to bookmark that and get it when I get my new PC so I can play DS again.
