This is my first time making an access database and I need a little help getting a few things fixed the way I'd like them. I'm creating this database so I can track Warranty Claims I submit to vendors for under-warranty computer parts. I've attached a zipped copy of the database as it exists thus far. The main problem at this point is that when I click a button on my "Main Menu", nothing happens. I should bring up the appropriate form but that does not occur.

Also, I need to create another button on that Main Menu that allows me to "Search Database". The way I have it conceived this would bring up the same "Warranty Claims" form I use to enter new claims however in this case there would be a "Search" button oat the bottom and I would be able to enter text into any field and search based on that input to pull up the correct database entry.
