Do you mean a boot disk? Or is it the CD? Unfortunately, you're going to have to buy the CD if thats what you want. You can download a boot disk that would allow you to get into DOS for a reformat/Windows re-installation here:
http://www.bootdisk.com and find your Win95 version.
