ok so im totaly confused, i got war 3. the directx wont initialize, so i got the newest version. that didnt work. so i reinstalled my video driver. still nothing. and it was narrowed down to i have no direct3d is why the game wont work, now all i need is some one to help me get it working.

Your Direct3D capabilities (or lack thereof) are all dependent on what video card you have. I would suggest listing your system specifications here so we can have a better idea of what you're working with.
