Another Outlook 2k question

We're moving one of our employees from desktop to laptop. We have exported/imported all necessary items except for the personal address book (herein referred to as PAD).
She has access to the Global Address List, however she has a lot of extra contacts that she needs. We tried to get it by exporting and no dice and it appears you can not export the PAD at all. (Windows 2k Pro) There was a file "username.wab" that was located in App Data-->Microsoft-->Address Book, but it wasn't importable in Outlook 2002 after you choose to import a PAD file.
Anyone have any ideas?
