I try to open a window off a target blank option in the code of the website for example go to http://www.canadianhockey.ca/e/team...2003/index.html
and click on the statistics link in the navigation bar. It is supposed to load up a new window but it is like it just hangs there and does nothing. This happended to me a couple of times before and what I did to fix it was format me computer. I don't really to do that again. I am running Windows XP professional and I have all the upto date service packs, I also have over 600mb of sd ram. If anyone has experienced this problem please get back to me. Thank you

Well, you can try and clear the browser cache for starters... then go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and make sure you got the latest service packs/patches, especially for your browser.

Also, check if you have any running programs in the background while your browser is open - you can try temporarily disabling them and see if it makes a difference...

And check back for more suggestions...
