hmm...that's really strange. but I suppose anything is possible. Weird that 2 people were found dead after playing Diablo II...out of all games.

I'd really like to see the autopsy report or a follow-up article, because it puzzles me as to why these people would simply die while at the computer.

Monotony maybe?

people die when theyre asleep. it doesnt mean sleeping caused their death. people die while driving. other than accidents, it doesnt mean that driving caused their death.

except for obvious trauma, if a young adult dies, its usually unrelated to what they were doing at the time.

Well, if people can die of seizures, perhaps at least one of them died while having a seizure after playing the game too long. Although I found find it very rare to happen. Can you even die from a seizure if nobody is there to help you?

it is possible to die from a seizure. but it would be unheard of for a 28 year old who was healthy and had no history of seizures to have one serious enough to cause his death. fatal seizures are almost always grand mal, and are organic, or through some physical action such as medication, hyperthermia, head trauma or electocution.

in other words, if he died playing a game, it was because he was sick.
