Actually there is quite a bit of replay vaule. There are a ton of downloadable modules for it out on the net. The only problem is that you have to actually enjoy playing the game in the first place to want to keep playing it.

Morrowind has hundreds of hours of replayability with all of the stuff to explore, plus there is the new add on that just came out like a month ago.

I haven't played it yet, but I'm meaning to. I know the graphics are a bit dated, but I like games with replayability. As for Tribunal for Morrowind, I think it sucked, honestly. But, that's off topic so I'll stop with that.
How long did it take you to beat nwn?
