We at Open Tech Support are willing to help you out on whatever problems you may have, as long as we know how to fix it.
1.) To make everyone's life easier, please download MVsoft PC Information, unzip it and run it from your computer. This will show you the pertinent computer specs on your system. Please include this information on your posts so that we may better help you. Which stats you need to include depends on what you're having problems with, but the most important specs are usually:
Processor
Memory
Video Card
Sound Card
Operating System (do not post the serial number)
2.) It would be a good idea to do a SEARCH on the forums first before posting your question, since your question may have already been answered or brought up before.
3.) Please note that Open Tech Support is made up of volunteers who are not being paid to help you. So please extend common courtesy when asking your questions, and we will try to help you as best as we can.
4.) Also note that your question does not get answered any quicker if you email us. We do not answer tech support questions through email - our support forums are the best place where you can get help.
Important Note: If you find that you cannot post a question or reply to a topic, you may have not registered yet for the forums, OR you have not yet verified your registration through email (a verification email is sent to you after you register - please read the instructions there).
