need a recommendat for a good gamepad

i want a gamepad to play a few games with.
a simple easy-to-use, but most of all it must fit to my thin long fingers and big hand.
i tried sidewinder and wingman at bestbuy, they are nice but i am so used to PS gamepad style to use index and third finger of right hand in stead of the thumb. is there any pad like that?

that converter looks just perfect.

edit: errrr too bad 1player converter is not compatible with xp
