I signed up, just for the sake of signing up. It won't have single player functionality, so, the beta will not help my purchasing decision. So, I guess the beta won't really do anything for me at all.

Since I do not have WCIII, i cannot appy for beta testing the expansion so I voted Hell no, but would have just voted plain no if that option had been available.

I have WC3 and i loved it before i had to downgrade >_<!!! also what are the chanses i woulda been picked? ive enterd many things and never got nothing... and also im on the slowest of the slow 28.8 dial up... till i get my new comp... so i basically cant do sh*t!!

Of course I applied for the beta, I think it's going to be great. Warcraft III has deffinitely met up to my expectations.

It's no brood war. I hope they add the aspect of countering to the game that was present in broodwar. Also in W3 everyone does the exact same thing...which is very annoying and is why I got sick of the game. The expansion better fix that.

Heh, I hate to burst your bubble, but doing the same thing repeatedly is nothing new, in warcraft2 everyone dragon rushed or ogre rushed, in starcraft it was the ling rush (until they nerfed it those ****s) the muta rush the z rush, there are only so many set ways people play because they stick to what they know works, just like people still do, in warcraft3. (I only listed rushing tactics but there are other higher tier strategies people use as well) But don't chastize me for disagreeing or anything.

How do they notify you if your application is accepted?
If it's an E-Mail do you have to reply to it in a certain amount of time to get your CD?
edit: Or download location...It did say that you need an internet connection capable of downloading 100MB of data.
