Can anyone help me identify my motherboard.
So far I have identified the BIOS. The ID from the bios, according to AMI, tells me it it is a Pentium Pro, PII, PIII. Weird with an Athlon 700 installed for the last 3 years. The ID , acording to AMI, also says it is a PCCHIPS board. Looking throug their site is like looking out the window at night. It runs a SIS 730S chip.

The bios ID:62-0330-001437-00101111-071595-SIS730

Am running XP, 512 ram, 64 meg onboard video, Maxtor 13G and 30G HDD.

Just want to know what it is. thought you guys might be able to tell me where to look.

Thanks

Hi No Code.
My Board looks more like an 810LR, except I was told it would only support up to 1ghz processor. I was also told that I could put either AMD or Intel in this socket. Can't find any board that lets me do that.

The system disk that came with the board only has IDE drivers for the PC Chips M756 MRT board, ifthat helps.

The only thing I know for sure about this board, is how unstable it has been. Not totaly unbearable, but a 1st time user might get frustrated.

Thanks
