As suggested, I'd downloaded the mvPCinfo.zip file to my computer. Actually I've downloaded it to my downloads folder in My Documents but I don't know what to do with it now. Would someone please explain it to me.

Hi again,
I tried to unzip the file I downloaded from OTS and I keep getting this message:

you should be able to double click on the mvPCinfoCfg.exe, or choose start, run, and then type in mvPCinfoCfg.exe

I did what you suggested and got this message:
Cannot find the file ‘myPCinfoCfg.exe’ (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.
I think one of the files is corrupted because every time I download it I get the same error message that I posted above in post #2
Any thoughts?

well, first of all, if youre going to type it in, you have to spell it correctly.
second, thats the setup file, mvPCinfo.exe is the run file. i just downloaded and ran it with no problems.

My bad........i looked right over the mvPCinfo.exe in the posted extracted files.
