Defragging a mac

Anyone know what a good defragging program for a mac would be?
Trying to clean mine up, and my searches for a good program have been of no use.

norton utitlies is good if you have cash

for free ones try searching at download.com under MAC

You do not need to defrag macs manually, Mac OS automatically defrags itself.

Ah, stupid of me. All I gotta do is hold down "option" when I boot it up. Thanks anyway.
