Movie problems!

Hi every1! I downloaded a couple of .mov film trailers from Kazaa and when I try to open them, Quicktime opens (I have the latest version) and says 'you may experience problems playing a video because the required compressor was not found', then I can hear the background sound of the movie, but no picture is shown, any ideas? Thanx

sounds like you do not have the correct codecs for the files you are trying to play. This Site may help you identify what codec you are missing.

Thanx 4 ur advice nocode, i tried a couple of codecs but with no success, I then discovered that I didn't actually have the latest version of Quicktime (the update wizard had lied to me!), so once I'd downloaded the latest version from Apple's web site everything worked fine. I could then watch my '2 fast 2 furious' preview perfectly Thanx again!
