XP and IE6 Problem

OS is XP Pro. Using IE6, when I click a link that is to open in a new window, all I get is a blank new window. There is no address in the address bar, and the new window is completly white. How do I fix this?

Try this from a DOS prompt or Run command:
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
