Creative Soundblaster Live

I have installed the soundblaster live 5.1 sound card on my pc after disabling the onboard one from the bios. I am using creative 5.1 5100 speaker system along with this. I cannot hear anything from the centre speakers. Why is this so? Is this a driver problem? Can someone help me?

btw the audioHQ and surrond mixer doesnt work at all.
