files opening minimized

When I click on a link to open a site or file, they've statred appearing in a minmized window not full screen. How can I get things to start opening again to a full screen?

You have to set the start point parameters
You know, how it determines the size at the point the window opens. I think thats how you can fix it.

The Internet Explorer window size is set upon opening to the same size as when it was last closed.
When the window opens minimized, maximize it, then quit and restart Internet Explorer.
