Can anyone help me. The other night someone asked me to delete some of their pre-loaded anti-virus software, so I did. Then when I tried to start the computer a black screen came up that it couldn't find certain things (anti-virus software) that it needed to run windows. So it said to press a key to continue. When I finally got to windows I restored the program from the recycle bin and now it still wont work! PLEASE HELP! I had delted them manually, then restored them, and then went to the control panel and tried the add/remove option but it said that it was missing a file.
I also can't even find another one anywhere on the hard drive!

Did you delete the files manually, by going in to the folder where its located, and deleting everything?
If so, you shouldn't have.
So a proper un-install.
Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove porgams
Find the Antivirus software there and click change/remove.
