Older Version Starcraft Campaign Editors

I am looking for an older version os the Starcraft Campaign Editor or a patch that will allow me to overlap the minerals in order to create the so called "Fastest Map Ever" game. Please help if anyone can.

The "oldest" version of a Starcraft campaign editor would be the one you'll have after a new install of Starcraft without applying the 1.10 patch yet ... if you're looking for versions "newer" than that, you would have to do a Google search and see if sites still carry older patch versions of StarCraft prior to 1.10 ...
