Major site overhaul in the works

This is to let our members and visitors know that OTS.Net is due for a major site overhaul, in time for its third year anniversary on June 1st.
This means that everything (yes, everything) will be reworked and reconfigured. While it is safe to say that member info and forum posts will remain intact, other site features like the gallery, journal, arcade, quizzes, etc. will probably get reset and updated.
We will also be adding several new site features, one of which is the new review system, where members can submit their own reviews on anything, not just computing and gaming. We will also make the site more accessible to everyone and much easier for members to ask questions in the support forums.
Since vBulletin 3.0 is still "eternally" under development, we will have to make do with an update vBulletin 2.3.0 for now. We will be concentrating more on useability and efficiency rather than snazzy features with regards to forum modifications.
And the layout? Well, it's not something I do often, so it should be a real surprise to most of our regular members here.
There will be sporadic downtimes, especially in the last week of May, as I begin to back up and restore databases. So please bear with us and until then, proceed about your business as usual

It's an ascii glitch with my computer when "uploading" data ... need to reformat real bad...
As for the color scheme, we'll see...
