NTLDR missing

Hi all I am new to the board and to working on my own computer. I am having a problem that I cant figure out. I am getting a message on start up "NTLDR missing" everything was working just fine earlier. I am using one pc2100 512 chip and one pc2100 256 chip I removed the 256 (from slot#2) to use on a different machine. That is when I first got the error. I have since put the 256 back but the problem still exists. I have also reset the bios, no change. Thanks in advance for any help.
