Bishop! (And other FPS Lovers / Likers)

I was flipping around at the store and picked up a copy of "Recoil", from "Zipper Interactive" (Westwood Studio's), Westwood owns EA Sports, and many other big titles.
Anyways, the game is a First Person Shooter, except instead of a Human, or single man or whatever, you're in this kinky looking tank... It's fricking great for DeathMatches and things like that. Most tank games are slow and such. But this is a really fast tank and you have hundreds of weapons to use.
Well anywho, I always hear you guys talking about Unreal Tournament, Half-Life and other FPS', I figured you guys would love this. I thought it was a great game, has a detailed storyline like DuesEx, really fun, should pick it up if you see it, (It's not that expensive at all, I got mine for 15 dollars.) - (Has a good MultiPlayer engine aswell I think. Haven't tried the MP out yet, will later tonight and post a reply about what it's like. I know you guys don't like warez and such much so I wont offer those types of ways to get the game)

I bought recoil way back when it came out, I played it non-stop for about a month then it just got boring.
never understood why, but it seems to lose it's fun after a while.

All games are like that with me it seems... Except D1, SC and BW for some reasson... I've played them since they've been released and I still play them ussually every day if I have a chance.
Btw, Yea I checked, Westwood Chat supports Recoil, and the WestWoon Online servers are really good, back when I played Red Alert 95, I hardly ever seen down times, or slow connections, haven't tried playing recoil on the servers but I'd imagen it would be pritty sweet. RA2 plays pritty good on Westwoon Chat aswell.

Yes, recoil was/is a good game. Can’t beat it at the price you can usually find it now, generally in the bargain bin. I bought it when it first came out, and much like Bishop, lost interest in a few months. Guess I am like that, I tend to buy lots of titles, beat the game, and then place the CD on the shelf to collect dust.

That's why I don't ussually buy games. Cause I know for a fact there's only been 3 games i've every played after i've beaten them. It's not worth the money if you ask me.
