language.inf.... someone plz......

Anyone know how I can get a copy of or at least the syntax for the language.inf for counter-strike retail? Pulled it out of the box after a year and decided to play it but the CD is damaged and installation hangs where the language.inf is to be opened. Anyone have any ideas on this? tHNX
