Dual PIII Runs Faster Than Dual Xeon

Taken from The Inquirer:

NOT ONLY do the latest Tualatin microprocessors run cool as cool can be, but if you bung them in a dual processor configuration they will thrash the pants off dual Foster Xeons, The Inquirer can reveal.

Sources at La Intella tell us that because of this strange and uncomfortable fact, Intel will never produce or allow to be produced any such configurations.

Since the older chips are outperforming Intel's newer chips, the dual designed has basically become "banned". Intel is setting it's attention on future processors such as the P4 and the Foster Xeons.

I see why Intel wouldn't want to take the focus off their newer chips, but it seems they could utilize this potential for something, if not just to help them in the race with AMD.

Oh well, that's Intel for you.
