Dreaded Blue Screen.....

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Posted by: bellisimo

Three times over the past 24 hours I've been interrupted by a blue screen and a message that says my computer is beginning to dump physical memory.

A huge long number runs across the top of the screen....mostly zeros, and under it the following:

STOP: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Will someone please tell me what this means and what I should do about it?

Thank you.

Thanks for the replies.

I forgot to mention that I'm running Windows 2000 Pro

It's a RAM issue. Had to deal with this issue a couple days ago.
