Win98 and WinXP on different HD Drives

i have installed winXP on my primary Hdisc and i installed Win98 on another hard drive (secondary). Now how can i create this menu so when my pc starts to ask me whether i want to boot for WinXP or 98 ??
This has something to do with boot.ini?
