graphic based web page maker

ok i'm just curious which one is a good graphic based web page maker (freeware perferred, but i can get around with using shareware for once), cause i've never used one before and i needed it now cause i have this project for my chemistry class that i need to make a website, and i suck at html

arachnophilia is a decent free one I've used on ocasion.

edit: never mind, I guess that one isnt very graphic

Well, if you want free, there is Frontpage Express and Netscape Composer ...
