Hello all'
I have a 480CDT Toshiba lappy with windows 98 that I bought 2nd hand with no boot cd's etc. I am trying to connect a USB mouse to it (the mouse came with NO cd's - it just says connect - install and go!). I cant get the damned thing to install, it says it cant find the right paths ,etc..
Can someone pleaaaase help me?

When it asks you for drivers, try pointing it to the CABS folder. I believe its C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\CABS -- but if that doesn't work, just go to Start --> Find (or Search) --> Files or Folders and type CABS to see where your CABS directory is.
