UXTheme Problem

Since I am trying to get custom themes for my windows XP I download the uxthemepatcher. But when I run it I get this error(attached). How can I get this to work so that I can use custom themes?

Are you running SP1? That version of the patcher isn't compatible with it (I'm assuming that's the one from TGTSoft's website). Try this instead.

i have SP1 and it showed the same error, after i downloaded it
